These Terms govern the relationship between Sam-Meows Inc. (“the Company”) and users (“Members”) regarding the use of the Ritty service (“the Service”), defining the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both parties.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. Service: The AI cat companion experience and related gameplay and content features provided by the Company, including conversation, customization, feeding, and missions.
2. Member: Any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. Content: Digital goods (paid or free) within the Service, such as items, skins, game currency, and packages.
4. Account Information: All data necessary for identifying and operating Member accounts, including login credentials, device or payment details, and usage history.
5. Open Market / Platform: External platforms such as Google Play or the App Store that provide payment and distribution services.
6. Beta Service: A temporary or test version of the Service provided for evaluation purposes.
7. AI Output: Any text, image, audio, or other expression generated by the AI character.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

1. These Terms take effect upon posting or announcement within the Service.
